Hi, I’m Sophie and I am a qualified Resilience Coach who helps busy people regain, maintain and sustain resilience and wellbeing at home, at work and at school. I am also a trained Weight Management Coach and help my clients have a more positive relationship with food, weight and their own bodies.
Life is demanding and unpredictable at the best of times, and can be heartbreakingly tough at others. While I don’t have the magic power to stop difficult things happening, coaching will build your resilience and help you day-to-day.
My aim is to help you to cope better with whatever life throws at you so you feel more in control and not that life is simply happening to you.
Our coaching sessions will give you inner resources and identify tools and strategies you can call upon that will support you for years to come.
