EMDR


​EMDR is a powerful therapy that allows the brain process events or emotions that may have become stuck, enabling you to move forward. ​It quite simply rewires your brain.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming) is best known for its work with trauma, but also is really effective in the treatment of anxiety, phobias, changing unwanted habits, stress management and building self-esteem amongst others.
