How will I benefit from coaching? You will make a life plan that works for you by clarifying where you want to go, the steps you need to get there and how to manage the obstacles that might get in the way. By building your resilience, you will experience the benefits in all areas of your life. Each session is as unique as the individual being coached.
Having a personal coach is like having someone permanently in your corner encouraging you to make the changes you want and keeping you on track. How many sessions will I need? Everyone is different. But I would say in most cases significant changes will be seen after 4-8 sessions. However, that is something we will discuss and we will make a bespoke plan that is right for you. Changing your mindset and habits are unlikely to happen overnight, but it amazing the changes that can happen after just a few coaching sessions. That's one of the reasons coaching is so exciting: it's highly effective. Investing in yourself and your own development is likely to be one of the most beneficial things you will ever do. What does it cost? Coaching sessions cost £55 and last 55 minutes. The number of sessions required will vary from person to person, according to their individual needs. We will discuss what works best for you and put together a bespoke programme.
