How will I benefit from coaching?
You will make a life plan that works for you by clarifying where you want to go, the steps you need to get there and how to manage the obstacles that might get in the way.
Having a personal coach is like having someone permanently in your corner encouraging you to make the changes you want and keeping you on track.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Sometimes just one session can be enough to clarify your goals and what you need to do to get cracking. Other times more sessions will be needed to allow you to make the changes you want. However, that is something we will discuss and we will make a bespoke plan that is right for you.
Each session is as unique as the individual being coached.
