I am an expert coach, and you are the expert in your life and your needs. I offer a safe, supportive and encouraging space for you to explore what you want to change and what you'd like to achieve. I will facilitate you finding the answers to what will really make a positive difference in your life, rather than telling you what to do.
Life is unpredictable at the best of times, and can be heartbreakingly tough at others. While I don’t have the magic power to stop difficult things happening, I can help you build your resilience and identify tools and strategies that will help you day-to-day. Our coaching sessions will give you more inner resources to call upon when things are hard, and will help you feel that you are in control, rather than that life is happening to you.
