If you would like to change your relationship with food and your body, m​y alternative approach will free you from the restriction of conventional diets and will help you reprogramme your relationship with food for good. 

During our coaching sessions, you will explore the why, where, when and how you eat, rather than simply what you eat. Regular coaching will help you make lasting changes to your mindset and behaviour around food to help you be happier, healthier and able to enjoy food again. Your food choices will become more resilient and uninfluenced by how you feel or what kind of a day you are having.

Remember, traditional diets don't work for 95% people in the long term; which can have negative consequences for both mental and physical health.

​Resilient eating coaching will refocus your relationship with food by:
  • Identifying tools and strategies to support you and a more positive relationship with food
  • Understanding the triggers that mess with your best intentions when it comes to food and how to stop self-sabotaging
  • Becoming aware of emotional or comfort eating and finding other ways to self-soothe that don't revolve around food
  • Letting go of the restriction that surrounds so many diets
  • Improving your self-esteem and self-compassion
  • Tuning into your body and making food choices that are right for you
  • Learning to truly savour and enjoy eating
  • Handling difficult social situations around food
  • Changing your internal chatter around food 
  • Improving your body image
  • Learning to deal with other people who may sabotage your efforts to change your eating habits
  • Dealing with any lapses that occur in a positive, realistic way
Sessions will take place in a calm and supportive one-to-one environment.
I recommend weekly sessions for the first month when we can then review the best way to move forward.
